Based on your personal preferences, you can get caskets made of mahogany, cherry, maple, pecan, poplar, pine, oak, walnut, ash, etc. Depending on the type of wood you choose, the price of wooden caskets can fall between $2000 to $8000.

Cloth-covered caskets – If you are looking for a more economical option then you can consider buying cloth covered caskets which use fiberboard as its foundation. The interiors of the cloth-covered caskets can be embellished with bedding, upholstery, and cushions. These types of caskets can cost anywhere around $600 to $2500.
